Please be advised that American Community entered into a state of

Rehabilitation on April 8, 2010.

•  All policies were terminated as of May 31, 2011with the exception of a few policies issued in Illinois which were terminated as of July 15, 2012.

• Medicare Supplement policies are being handled by Banker’s Fidelity Life, Atlanta, GA   (866) 458-7499

•  Monthly financial reports are available from Ingham County Circuit Court Mason, MI
